Being a salesperson for five years, I believe the world is not strictly black and white, and that there are many shades of grey. I used to collaborate with my co-workers rather than just send out a memo for them to follow because I realized that was the best way to accomplish our goals. Also, I learned the ability to communicate through conflict; be logical when I predicted a problem might happen; deal with any business crisis; make correct decisions when a situation stalemated and to manage time well through many obstacles. That’s way I can be an event producer who like to negotiate with clients and co-workers in the shades of grey. My expertise and attention to detail is why I can create successful events to make every deadline and communicate well.
